Keep growing

As a part of nature we are subject to her laws like all other animals.

However unlike other animals we have a self-reflective consciousness.

Because they are not self-reflective animals are not responsible for their behaviour.

And because we are self-reflective we are.

Behaviour stems from our health and this includes the health of our minds.

Our minds are healthy when they are exercised

Exercised yours recently?

Vegetating doesn't do it, watching all that TV will not keep your mind healthy.

Keep learning, keep growing. keep learning.

Your mind is a muscle like all the others so use it.

Sadly it's only when its too late that you understand how important some things were.

So exercise that mind!

It would seem that the causes that produce influenza are cosmical and not bacterial.

Because the tasteless, colorless and in-odorous gas known as oxygen - the life supporter of all that lives and breathes - when it gets heavier than usual in volume and weight then it becomes ozone.

Descending and spreading on earth with an extraordinary rapidity, ozone would of course produce a still greater combustion; hence the terrible heat in the patent's body, and the paralysis of rather weak lungs.

The quantity of ozone in the air at any time is a function of meteorological conditions and a certain amount is necessary for breathing purposes.

However too much ozone irritates and burns the respiratory organs and an excess of more than 1% of ozone in the air kills him who breathes it.

This we are saying is the real origin of influenza - oxygen becoming ozone, from which the virus is then activated by the ozone fluctuation.

No caves please

Many people who aspire to what they believe to be the spiritual life think that they must go away and live in an ashram or closed community.

Not so!

The true ascetic is he who lives in the world, surrounded by its temptations; he in whose soul the animal elements are still active, craving for the gratification of their desires and possessing the means for such gratification, but who by the superior power of his will conquers his animal self.

Having attained that state he may retire from the world................He expects no further reward in heaven; for what could heaven offer him except happiness which he already possesses?

He desires no other good, but to create good for the world.

The truth is inside yourself not in some physical place.

Sensitive people

Many people report to having felt iffy and negative over the Christmas period.

Sometimes when we feel iffy we assume that it is us alone who experiences this feeling.

Sometimes all over the planet people are feeling bad at the same time.

Other times it is just those around us.

Trouble is we seldom ask each other how we feel.

Sensitive people often anticipate earthquakes or other natural disasters with negative, iffy feelings.

As these feelings are unpleasant and difficult to shift we recommend that you

a) acknowledge to feeling iffy.
b) try to be busy and active.
c) stay in the moment do not let your thoughts and emotions take you into self-pity.

In fact try always to stay in the moment.

Left brain, right brain

In simple language our brain has two hemispheres left and right.

The left is logic and the right feeling.

Modern man generally uses his left hemisphere more than his right.

This is fine for many actions in the modern world but not so fine for a harmonious life.

Bringing the two hemispheres into better balance encourages more objectivity in our decisions.

How to do this?

Start by learning which hemisphere you favour as a person.

If you do not know yourself ask your partner or friends are you reductionist or creative emotional?

When this clear to you then it is time to strengthen the weaker hemisphere.

If the weaker is the left then logic and reductionism must be improved, your literal side if you will.

If it is the right hemisphere then creative actions such as meditation, emotional development are then in need of attention.

Worth the effort, start today!

How to rid the world of ignorance?

Learn from those who know more than we do.

Then share with those who know less.

Now it is just a question of velocity.

This can be exponential if what you share is the truth.

Sex and spirituality

Sounds like a conflict and it is the two don't mix.

Sex is sex or simple animal passion if you will.

Spirituality is beyond the animal into the realm of spirit.

So what to do?

If you are at that point in life where sex is important then enjoy life, but understand that there is no free experience.

When we have sex we mix energies with that other person so be aware of this and be selective with your partners.

As and when you want to evolve and this becomes more important than sex then understand that the sexual urge does not disappear immediately, we just learn to place it in the context of something more important, our consciousness evolution.

When you feel the desire for sex then look at the potential partner as a total being and not just as a sex object, usually when you do this you will feel that you do not need or want to pay the price in terms of effort or involvement with this person.

You will not feel comfortable with moving beyond sex unless you are clear about how to evolve spiritually so make sure you understand what this entails and how to move ahead otherwise the sexual urge will prevail.

Note well that there is nothing wrong with having sexual relations with your life partner.

Sex is only a problem when it is the main preocupation in your life.

As you experience vertical growth so the sexual urge quite naturally becomes less and less important.

Your focus in life has shifted, moved on if you will.

What is that which always is, which you cannot imagine as not being, do what you may?

The answer is - SPACE.

For there may not be a single man in the universe to think of it, not a single eye to perceive it, nor a single brain to sense it, but still Space is, ever was, and ever will be, and you cannot make away with it.

Try, if you can think of anything with Space excluded and you will soon find out the impossibility of such a conception.

Space exists where there is nothing else, and must so exist whether the Universe is one absolute vacuum or a full Pleroma.

Mobile phones

Cell phones if you prefer, whatever you call them they affect your brain.

Industries that sell or support them say they cause no harm.

Uninvolved scientists say they cause damage.

Who to believe?

It is hard to believe that electrical currents passing through your brain do no damage - over time that is - and there's the rub.

We cannot know today nor can anyone else whatever they might pretend.

Look at our world and the increase in electrical and electronic devices.

Whatever you believe it makes sense to minimise the risks to your health

Protect yourself as best you can.

Try not to talk more than you need for longer than you need.

Which isn't such a bad idea anyway.

Be smart hedge your bets!

"Everyone of us possesses the faculty, the interior sense known as intuition, but how rare are those who know how to develop it!

It is however the only faculty by means of which men and things are seen in their true colours.

It is an instinct of the soul, which grows in us in proportion to the use we make of it, and which helps us to perceive and understand real and absolute facts with far more certainty than can the simple use of our senses and the exercise of our reason.

What are called good sense and logic enable us to see the appearance of things, that which is evident to everyone.

The instinct of which I speak, being a projection of our perceptive consciousness, a projection which acts from the subjective to the objective, and not vice versa, awakens the spiritual senses in us and the power to act;

these senses assimilate to themselves the essence of the object or of the action under examination, and represent them to us as they really are, not as they appear to our physical senses and to our cold reason".

We begin with instinct, we end with omniscience.

Calmness is easy to live in.
It is so much easier to deal with than stress and violence.
Stress and violence create enemies and then more enemies and more violence.

Violence creates only violence.

Violence usually comes from anger.

After anger comes depression.

Then tiredness

Then a feeling of let down.

By contrast calmness leads to peace and that for sure is easier to live in than stress and violence.

Calmness does not mean passivity, just balance and equanimity.

Letting things go, no violent reaction, no anger, just letting things go.

Decide to move in this direction and the results will show

Throughout recent history public fancy has been tickled by films and articles about vampires.

Stories about blood sucking and the like, most of which are known to be distortions or pure mythology.

There is however a genuine and more interesting vampire who does not take our blood but our energy.

They attack our central nervous system and literally take our energy, hence the reason we feel tired after spending time with them.

In fact there are few of us who do not know such a vampire.

Think of those who always make you feel tired, give you a headache, create irritation.

Once you know your vampires adjust your behaviour to protect yourself.

Spend less time with them.

When you are with them decline to spend the whole conversation talking about them or listening to them talking about themselves, their life, their needs , their problems, their thoughts.

Let your vampire acquaintances feed elsewhere!

Retiring early

Oh Really?

Maybe you have collected all the money you need and have flown down South to lie in the sun.
Please do not think for a minute that because you decided for yourself that life is about collecting money that you are correct.

Life is about being the best we can every day.

Life is about moving towards our potential.

Life is about moving from me to we.

Life is about evolution, so what has yours been so far? Collecting money!

What is your contribution?

What have you done for humanity today?

What have you done for planet Earth?

Why is there that niggling feeling that you might have missed something then?

Could it be that life is not just about me?

Could it be that life has a purpose other than physical well being?

You came into life naked and out you will go naked, with what to show?

Imagine your surprise when you find that you have to go around and do it all over again.

Does anyone seriously believe that the amazing adventure of life is about the triviality of collecting toys?

No, it is about contributing to get us out of the mess we have got ourselves into.

Nuf said?

Mmmmm - 7

No educated man or woman will show anger in society.

To check and restrain every sign of annoyance shows good manners, certainly, but also considerable achievement in hypocrisy and dissimulation.

Trust not the face which never shows signs of anger.

Nor the dog that never barks.

Cold-blooded animals are the most venomous.

The truth be known there are many fewer accidents in life than we like to think.

Very often so called accidents are the result of our behaviour and thoughts.

Most so called accidents are designed to teach us something.

Even slipping on the proverbial banana skin can teach us several things.

The obvious one is to watch where we are going, the less obvious is what were you thinking the second before you slipped?

In fact after every accident small or large examine what you were thinking just before it happened.

If you go deeper you will probably find that your thoughts or actions were not nice.

Don't believe us then check it out.

Most things in life have a reason, there are few real accidents.

Gurus and Masters

Many people in the world today like to call themselves Gurus and Masters.

Did they but know.

These Gurus and Masters are often themselves ignorant of the danger they incur - one and all of these "Teachers" are subject to the same inviolable law.

From the moment they begin to really teach, from the instant they confer any power - whether psychic, mental or physical - on their pupils, they take upon themselves all the sins of that pupil, in connection with the Occult Sciences, whether of omission or commission, until the moment when initiation makes the pupil a Master and responsible in his turn.

True teachers are very reticent to take on students or chelas, in fact all chela are required to serve a seven years probation to prove their fitness, and to develop the qualities necessary to the security of both Master and pupil.

True Masters exist today, however few if any are known to the modern world.

True Masters choose to remain anonymous as their work requires little or no contact with the modern world.

Check out your Guru before becoming a student or chela.

Be wary of people calling themselves Gurus or Masters!

Do you even notice how many communications you absorb each day?

Not those we chose but those aimed at us.

Most are inane, many are plain manipulation and distortion.

Spin after spin, round and round we go.

Time to move into your own space.

Leave the inane chatter behind.

Tune out communications that have nothing to say.

Spend more time in nature away from man's noise making.

Spend more time with your family.

Spend time with your friends.

Start guarding your freedom more actively.

Stop feeding the machine!

Parents come in all shapes and sizes.

Most have had no training for the job.

The most demanding complex job in the world.

Helping young humans to grow.

Have another thought for their efforts - did or will you do any better?

Love them or loath them they started you off for good or bad.

They created your likes and dislikes, your strategies towards the world.

None of us are without their imprint.

How much is them and how much is really you?

Have you ever thought about that?

Stress is just another name for fear.

Look under stress and you will find fear.

Finding the cause of fear is tricky because we usually hide or deny it.

Which is why fear has so much power.

Fear is so dangerous, physically, mentally and psychologically.

Fear can be contagious.

In many cultures, men particularly, have difficulty in even admitting to having fears, let alone talking about them.

Finding your fears is no help unless you can dissolve them, let them go.

Dissolving fear is the journey of consciousness evolution.

The first step is admitting to yourself that you have a problem.

Next finding the cause, the fear itself and this step might require help.

Then talking it out loud, looking at it, examining it, finding where it came from.

Often fears are a function of our belief systems and so these too often need examination.

Locating your fears is one of the more important things that you can do in life.

In practical terms locating and ridding ourselves of fear is the gateway to creating the life you always wanted.

Removing fear allows us to make better decisions, to be more balanced, to enjoy life more, to handle the ups and downs better.

If you cannot sort things out then contact us if you need help.

Women, why?

For how much longer are women going to play "poor me"?

Women buy women's magazines to look at pictures of other women.

Men do not buy men's magazines to look at pictures of other men unless they are gay.

Why do women do this?

To see what other women are wearing, to follow fashion, to read gossip.

And then they feel bad because the frequently anorexic models in these magazines are so different from themselves.

The images portray an ideal that few sane people would aspire to.

Why do women put themselves down in this way?

There are not many men who get turned on to these sad skinny models.

So it is not about what most men think.

Ladies please be happy in yourselves, you are fine as you are!

Want a reality check?

Or is it the other way round theatre is for people who cannot cope with reality?

Try this, put your stories down in writing.

Put down on paper your thoughts about what is not working in your life.

Whatever you do not like put it down on paper.

Whoever you do not like and the reasons why put it down on paper.

Simple sentences, what you don’t like, who you don't like.

Because your mind is brilliant at justification and rationalization.

Look at what you have written and start checking it out.

Question is this true?

Is this objective reality?

Or is this just what I have been telling myself?

Is this just my story?

What would happen if I looked at it from the opposite direction?

Turn it round, reverse it and see how it looks.

This means take out the she or he and put in yourself I.

Really truly read it now with yourself in the place of the other person or event.

If you are honest then observe how you can now see situations and people through different eyes.

Time to check out your reality, start today.

To be true, religion and philosophy must offer the solution of every problem.

That the world is in such a bad condition morally is a conclusive evidence that none of its religions and philosophies - have ever possessed the TRUTH.

The right and logical explanations on the subject of the problems of the great dual principles, right and wrong, good and evil, liberty and despotism, pain and pleasure, egotism and altruism, are as impossible to them now as they were 2005 years ago.

They are as far from the solution as they ever were.

I am a failure

How many of us have said or felt this about ourselves?

Most if not all of us.

It is the thought that gives the pain not our lives.

Banish the thought every time it comes along.

Build success into your life each day by doing those things that you need to do each day and do them with pleasure.

So that each night you can see success in your life.

They don’t have to be big things.

Just be your best every day in everything you do.

Nature asks no more of us than this.

Be happy for what you are not some imaginary should be!
