Vampires

Throughout recent history public fancy has been tickled by films and articles about vampires.

Stories about blood sucking and the like, most of which are known to be distortions or pure mythology.

There is however a genuine and more interesting vampire who does not take our blood but our energy.

They attack our central nervous system and literally take our energy, hence the reason we feel tired after spending time with them.

In fact there are few of us who do not know such a vampire.

Think of those who always make you feel tired, give you a headache, create irritation.

Once you know your vampires adjust your behaviour to protect yourself.

Spend less time with them.

When you are with them decline to spend the whole conversation talking about them or listening to them talking about themselves, their life, their needs , their problems, their thoughts.

Let your vampire acquaintances feed elsewhere!
