Lost Love

Lost love might hurt but then life is composed of both pleasure and pain.

No one goes through life without pain.

Life is about growing to our potential.

Each life gives us one or two major lessons to learn.

Lost love can be one of these.

When we fall for each other objectivity goes flying out of the window.

We hear no voices of caution, we listen to no counsel from our friends.

As time goes on one can become tired of the other, maybe was being used by the other.

The relationship ends usually with the one leaving feeling no real pain while the one being left can be devastated.

Question?

Isn't it better not to love than to go through the pain of lost love?

Answer no.

Why?

Because love is a great teacher if we let it.

Most humans only grow or learn through pain.

Sad but true.

Many, many people having been hurt once or twice decide never to commit again.

Poor people, they are frozen in half-lives because for better or worse the two sexes exist to teach and support each other.

True we do not understand each other very well, however it would be a sad little planet if one sex disappeared.

So lost love is there to help us grow, it's up to us.

Retreat in pain or give it time, learn and try again.

Usually we need several relationships to better understand ourselves and others.

How can we grow without making mistakes?

Be brave and accept that the pain of lost love is how it is and that over time the pain goes.

Do not be bitter, thank the other for the good times and be grateful that they did move on rather than living a bigger lie.

Thank them for what they taught you.

Really there is no lost love just growing and moving on.
