It's those little things that make each day worth experiencing.

Are drawn to pretty.

Not only pretty but soft

And colourful.

Cute even and maybe cuddly.

Any wonder they are not so interested in crude and violent things?

Crude and violent is that naturally feminine?

Or is this a male induced thing?

A money earning thing?

Why are so many women playing this game?

Women do your own thing.

Leave men to do theirs.

Maybe one day men will also grow beyond crude and violent things.

Fear in thoughts

Invariably our fear is pushed along, exacerbated by attaching to a thought.

We let our thoughts have power by allowing them to frighten us.

Then we act on that thought and create more fear, more stress.

And so a little thought turns into a mega problem.

It can literally ruin our lives.

Look at this in a different way take the thought as a warning, a signal that something is wrong with your understanding of reality.

Challenge and check every thought that gets a grip on you.

Check that your view of reality is true, objective.

Do not let your thoughts ruin your life.

Become the master of your self.

Master your thoughts if you will.

Could have done better

Watching people perform competitively one sees the differences.

Most have similar technical and physical abilities.

However one succeeds the other does not.

Often this is because of the differences in psychology.

In our day to day world we observe that he/she could have done better.

Just did not manage to hold it together.

They wanted to suceed but did not have that little something.

Did not dig in.

Is that it?

Or is it that they lost focus?

Part of them went walk-about.
Pay attention because so many outcomes are determined by little differences.
This psychological edge or state is important.

How is your psychological state under pressure?

Learn how to hold it together under pressure.
We all meet pressure in our lives.
Make "could have done better"............... "is doing better"!

Is a word that we would like to believe of our friends.

Then something goes wrong and many betray us or let us down.

Why do they do this?

Could it be that the signs were always there but you did not want to see them?

Could it be that you wanted them to be this or that and never paid attention enough to see that they were not as you projected?

As usual the fault lies in us.

Do not look at them in anger or frustration they are what they are not as you projected.

The work to be done is to seek reality and not your wishes.

Try to learn about your friends.

Find out why you failed to see what they truly are.

Do not get caught over and over.

Learn to see what is.

The true attitude

The Past!

What is it?



Dismiss it.

You are the past of yourself.

Therefore it concerns you not as such.

It only concerns you as you now are.

In you, as you now exist, lies all the past.

So follow the Hindu maxim: "Regret nothing; never be sorry; and cut all doubts with the sword of spiritual knowledge."

Regret is productive only of error.

I care not what I was, or what anyone was.

I only look for what I am each moment.

For as each moment is and at once is not, it must follow that if we think of the past we forget the present, and while we forget, the moments fly by us, making more past.

Then regret nothing, not even the greatest follies of your life, for they are gone, and you are to work in the present which is both past and future at once.

So then, with that absolute knowledge that all your limitations are due to Karma, past or in this life, and with a firm reliance ever now upon Karma as the only judge, who will be good or bad as you make it yourself, you can stand anything that may happen and feel serene despite the occasional despondencies which all feel, but which the light of Truth always dispels.

There is no yesterday.

It gets harder and harder to remember yesterday.

Just the day we are in and even this is going faster.

Change is around us, pulling at us.

What to do?

Experience this moment now, that's all we have.

Let this present moment in time be pleasant.

Do not fight it, this is futile.

Oscillating patterns

Many of us have them.

An oscillating pattern is where one smokes, quits and then starts smoking again.

Same for dieting or drinking or whatever your vice of choice.

No way to break an oscillating pattern by using force.

Only way is by accepting a higher hierarchy


Decide that having good health for the rest of your life is more important than smoking.

With this approach you have a chance because you are not giving up smoking you are choosing good health, a higher hierarchy if you will.

The key is the higher hierarchy.

For sure you also have to have will power.

Whats well?

Humans adjust to physical disabilities.

Trouble is after a while they forget what normal healthy feels like.

They live in a state of continual compensation.

In fact so many humans have got used to their disabilities that they do not know what healthy is any longer.

Do you know what normal healthy is?

How do you find out?

Start by looking where you compensate.

Where you favour one limb over the other.

How you avoid certain actions.

Why you no longer do certain things that you used to do.

Why you say no to certain activities.

How you are too busy doing other things.

If you are honest then you will be able to take action to correct these disabilities.

Caution this only works if you are prepared to work hard.

If you are not prepared to work then be honest with yourself.

Do not pretend.

Accept consciously that you do not want to be normal healthy again.

In fact were you ever?

Do you want to find out what can be?

Because everyone sees, even when you try to hide it.

Use the same energy that you use to flatter and cajole to grow.

Is it really worth selling your soul?

Many, maybe most people are not in reality.


Often because they started telling themselves stories about themselves at an early age.

Stories that feel more comfortable than reality.

Stories that shield them from things they do not like.

Stories that deny perceived threats.

Many prefer to stay in these stories.

Comes a time though.

When nature says enough!

Nature will not be denied.

So examine your stories.

How many do you have?

Are they really helpful?

Might not seem like it but living in reality is easier over the span of a lifetime.

It is little considered that being sick offers us an unusual state in which to learn about ourselves.

What do we mean?

For one being ill usually means that we are left alone.

We have time to think, to experience ourselves in a different way.

It is a time when we are more open to our spiritual side.

A time to explore ourselves.

Could there be a reason why you have this illness?

If so what is it?

What can you learn from this?

Most of us swear sometimes.

Makes us feel good.

Relieves tension.

However it also creates a tension between us and whoever we are swearing at.

A tension that remains unless one of us unilaterally asks forgiveness.

Asks forgiveness from the heart, from the universe.

This resolves the tension, turns the energy back into a positive charge.

This positive charge then comes back to those involved.

Might not seem important to you until you try adding up all the unresolved tensions in your life.

From as far back as you can remember that is.

This is a cumulative effect we are talking about.

An effect on your total life.

Now you might begin to see how much of your life energy you are giving away.

It is often as much as 50 to 60 percent of a humans energy.

Not just from swearing but from all the negative thoughts and actions in our lives.

Yes really, so think about how much of your energy is seeping away.

Lost to you.

Wasted in some long forgotten violence.

Start bringing yours back today.

Ever been in one?

Thing about crashes is how they change your life in a split second.

One second everything is under control.

One second later bang everything has changed.

It does not matter what you say or do it's happened.

It's your new reality.

If you are in shock then this needs handling.

If things are damaged then these will need fixing.

Whole life changed.

And above all is how you handle everything.

One thing for is for sure a car crash takes us into another world.

Is giving oneself free licence to seek the satisfaction of all one's desires.

Whether one realises it or not this is the path that most people follow.

However there is no one in the universe whose desires are always fulfilled.

In whose life everything that is wished for happens and nothing that is not wished for does not happen.

People who follow this path invariably suffer when they fail to achieve their desires.

That is they experience disappointment and dissatisfaction.

But here's the kicker they suffer equally when they get what they want.

Because they worry that the desired object will vanish and that the moment of satisfaction will be temporary, as in fact it must be.

In chasing and getting their desires they must always be unhappy because nothing lasts.

Without becoming conscious of this they are just going from one high and low to another................. without end.

Our point?

A life spent doing this is in many respects a life wasted.

It's the evolution of consciousness.

We grow by learning to help others and by putting them before ourselves.

For all of us there are basically three types.

Your business.

My business.

Nature's business.

If you stay in "my business" life is fine.

Stray into "your business" and life is not so fine.

Try to move into nature's and life is definitely not going to be easy.

What are we talking about?

Simple if something is not your responsibility then leave it alone.

Yes really keep out unless you are asked for your help.

Do not interfere.

"Your business" is simply that so leave alone it's not yours.

Nature's business is clear it is not for us, again stay out.

Really it's simple, but oh so many of us interfere where we have no reason to go.
Stay in "my business" leave "your business" alone.

Be clear about this and life becomes simple.

Mine, yours and natures - simple.
