Did you know that the greatest change in classical music in the last fifty years is the introduction of blind auditions?
Probably not.
Since this approach has been introduced the quality of classical music has improved
Why?
Because women are no longer excluded
Because in the audition process they have a fair chance
Hence the best musicians are now being hired
We all gain
Nice that another prejudice bites the dust.

Yes and interestingly this simple step had not come about for such a long time and yet is so obviously a simple and a fair way to help remove predjudice.
Yes so simple. Wouldn't it be fantastic, if the same method could work with all the other predjudice in the world????
